Clarke & Partners was established in 2004 by Patricia Clarke, then a senior associate at one of Dublin's larger commercial firms. Her view was straightforward: individuals and small businesses deserve the same quality of legal advice as large corporates, without the large-corporate billing model. Twenty years on, the firm is the same size, the same address, and still works on that principle. Fixed fees, plain language and a partner available throughout your matter, not just at the invoice stage.
