What to expect

We review the contract and title before you sign anything, raise standard and specific requisitions, and correspond directly with the other side's solicitor. You get a plain-English update at each stage, not just at closing.

Typical timeline

Typically 6 to 10 weeks from signed contracts to closing. Longer if there's a chain or a mortgage drawdown involved.

What it costs

From €950 + VAT + outlay

Fixed fee agreed before we start. Outlay, searches, Land Registry and Revenue fees, is separate and itemised, never bundled into the quote.

What to expect

One meeting to go through your assets, family circumstances and wishes. We draft the will, talk you through it clause by clause, then arrange proper witnessing. Nothing goes for signature without a conversation first.

Typical timeline

Most straightforward wills are ready to sign within a week of that first meeting.

What it costs

From €250 + VAT

Flat fee covering drafting, the review meeting and witnessing. Mirror wills for couples are quoted together, not per person.

What to expect

A confidential call to understand what's happened and what outcome you want, followed by written advice on your options before any letters go out or any settlement is discussed.

Typical timeline

Initial advice within days. Matters that settle close within a few weeks; contested claims through the WRC typically run several months.

What it costs

From €200 + VAT

Fixed fee for the initial advice stage. If your matter goes further, we agree the next fee before doing any more work.

What to expect

We handle the incorporation paperwork, draft or review your shareholder agreement, and flag anything in a commercial contract that needs changing before you sign.

Typical timeline

Standard incorporations are usually complete within 5 to 10 working days. Contract reviews are turned around within a week.

What it costs

From €350 + VAT

Flat fee for standard incorporations using our standard documents. Bespoke shareholder agreements or amendments are quoted separately once we've seen the detail.
